No Hassle, Guaranteed. Your new mattress will take time to adjust to your body and we encourage you to sleep on it for a minimum of 21 nights to allow for this adjustment period. However, in the event you are not comfortable within 100 days of your original purchase, we will do our best to match you to the correct mattress. You may exchange with no hidden re-stocking fees; just standard transportation charges.
Do not remove the law tag from the mattress or foundation. All mattresses must be stain free for exchange or refund. Bedroom Express highly recommends using a waterproof mattress protector to help keep your new mattress sanitary. See a professional Sleep Consultant for details. Happiness Guarantee is not valid on clearance center purchases, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, power/ adjustable bases, furniture and other accessories.
Good Impressions. Body impressions are a normal occurrence with your new mattress and indicate that the cushion layers are conforming to the natural contours of your body. Impressions up to 1-1/2" on a mattress should be expected and are not an indication of structural failure.
For Your Safety. Bedroom Express' delivery drivers will perform an inspection of all mattresses and foundations prior to a Comfort exchange, warranty exchange or return. In the event your bed is found to be unsanitary or contaminated with insects, the product cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. Bedroom Express drivers are also not allowed to remove contaminated mattresses and foundations.
Protect Your Investment. Our interest is to help you protect your investment. In compliance with strict national and state bedding laws, and as detailed in the manufacturer’s warranty, Bedroom Express is unable to warranty or exchange a mattress that is stained or unsanitary. We recommend that you guard your mattress with a waterproof mattress protector. Check the warranty card or ask your sales associate about the correct support needed for your new mattress set as it is imperative for the manufacturer's warranty. Queen and king sizes require a center support with legs touching the ground.
These Beds are Big. Choosing the right foundation height is an important part of your decision. Mattresses manufactured today will most likely be thicker than your current set. Please measure to gauge how your new sleep set will fit into your room. The most efficient way to measure is from the frame up (instead of from the floor up) since frame heights vary. If the measurement will not satisfy your requirements, please contact your professional Sleep Consultant prior to delivery to find another solution and avoid additional delivery charges. Also note that nightstands, sheets, comforters and dust ruffles vary in size.

We want to make your delivery a smooth experience. Please help us by removing bed linens and any unused bed frames from the room prior to delivery. We also ask you to help us protect your home by removing objects from the delivery path. Bedroom Express delivery drivers are not allowed to move your personal property and are only insured to set up Bedroom Express merchandise. Mattress and foundation removal is limited to the number of pieces delivered. Frames, furniture and waterbeds cannot be removed. After your merchandise is delivered, please inspect it carefully. Our delivery drivers will ask you to sign our delivery receipt if all items are to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event damage occurs to your product, property, home or business during the course of a delivery, it must be noted on the delivery manifest before the delivery drivers have left the property and reported to the store of your original purchase within 24 hours. We are unable to process any claims after this time frame.
Bedroom Express recommends all of our customers use our professional delivery service. However, we understand for some customers it is more convenient or economical to pick your product up at our store or warehouse. Items should be inspected carefully prior to leaving the facility. Your purchase is under your possession and control as soon as it leaves the door of the store or warehouse. We do not recommend the use of any vehicle other than a covered truck for transporting merchandise. We will at your request and sole risk assist in placing and securing your merchandise. We cannot, however, be responsible for any damage caused by our assistance. Any claim for loss or damage due to the transportation of merchandise will be the sole responsibility of the consumer. By agreement to use Bedroom Express delivery service client understands that we will capture an electronic image of purchased items, comments and signature. Images and comments may be used for training and / or marketing purposes.
Low Price Guarantee. We guarantee the best brands at the best prices. We will beat any advertised price by 5% or your purchase is free. If you find the same or comparable mattress set for less than your invoiced price within 100 days of purchase, simply bring in the advertisement and we will credit your account or mail a refund check for the price difference within three weeks. Low Price Guarantee does not apply to clearance, floor models, vendor rollbacks/rebates, special purchases, promotional items, door busters or discontinued merchandise. Merchandise offered for sale on auction sites (i.e. Ebay, Craig's List, etc.) are excluded. Some products are at the manufacturer’s minimum selling price and further reductions cannot be taken.
Warranty Guarantee. All warranty requirements are determined by the manufacturer, as set forth in the warranty card attached to your new sleep set. Please read the card for full warranty guidelines and instructions. A proper bed frame is recommended to support your new mattress set and protect the manufacturer’s warranty.
To file a claim, warranty paperwork must be accompanied by the receipt and proof of law tags. The warranty does not cover processing/inspection/transportation costs. Please contact customer service if you do not receive a warranty card. To the extent allowed by federal flammability regulations, only the defective piece will be replaced. If you choose not to accept the substitute piece (equivalent model), store credit can be applied towards the purchase of a matched set compliant with federal flammability laws. If you select a product(s) of greater value you can simply pay the difference. If you select a model of lesser value a refund is not available. Refunds are not available on warranty claims. Floor models, clearance, “as-is” products, accessories, promotional items, furniture, contaminated and unsanitary/stained beds do not qualify for warranty coverage. If you are in an area where Bedroom Express stores are not present, your warranty will be honored through the manufacturer.
Why Get the Set: Mattresses, foundations and proper frames are designed to work together to offer correct support and comfort. A matching set will also protect the product warranty. To ensure the highest level of safety, the Sleep Products Safety Council recommends replacing the mattress and foundation at the same time.
Furniture. Due to the use of natural materials in your furniture, minor variations may occur from piece to piece.
We will gladly special order items, however, there are no refunds on items ordered in or custom made.
Storage: Bedroom Express will gladly store items purchased up to 45 days at no charge. Merchandise left over 45 days will accrue storage fees of $30.00 per month up to 100 cubic feet. there will be an additional charge of $20.00 per month for each additional 100 cubic feet. Items left over 15 months will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
Bedroom Express will gladly advocate vendors on our clients concerns and / warranty claims. The more information you provide us usually the more we can assist. Pictures and written descriptions with dates are the most important factors in any claim.
