Bedroom Express wants our customers to have peace of mind when purchasing a new mattress.  To achieve this goal we offer you our 100 Night Comfort Guarantee.​



As a courtesy to all of our customers who purchase a mattresses from our company, we offer a 100-Night Comfort Guarantee.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new mattress simply re-select a new mattress and Bedroom Express will exchange it for you. 
 
 
Please note the following policies.



 

100 night comfort exchange terms & policies:


  • Mattress must be kept for a minimum of 21 days.  This is about the normal time it takes for some people to adjust to a new sleeping surface.

  • 100 Nights begins from date of delivery.  Please notify Bedroom Express of desire to exchange before the 100th night.

  • Mattress must be free of soil and / or damage.  Soiled and / or damaged mattresses will not qualify for 100-night comfort exchange.  Please ask salesperson about products that will protect your new mattress.

  • We will gladly pick up and replace your mattress for a nominal charge of: Twin $50.00, Full $60.00, Queen $70.00 or King $90.00. Mileage charges may apply out of local service area.

  • Certain factories require a restocking fee.  Please check with your salesperson prior to purchase.

  • Open mattresses are nonrefundable.  Our exchange program is for exhange only, there are no refunds.

  • The law label is required to be attached to the mattress and must not be removed.

  • This is a one-time exchange program.

  • Comfort Guarantee does not apply to showroom samples, custom mattresses, waterbeds, airbeds, as is, last one, demonstrators or adjustable bases.  There are no exchanges or refunds on these items.
