Delivery Options



​Delivery and Installation​

If you select our Delivery and Installation option, we will bring your mattress or furniture into your home and set it up for you. This includes bringing your purchase up one flight of stairs (if necessary), (or taking it away for recycling if you added that service), setting up your new bed frame (if you purchased ours) and placing your mattress and foundation on the frame.



We do require a clear path for the delivery staff to safely and efficiently walk from their delivery truck to your new mattress's destination within your home. This means that all tripping hazards, furniture, wall mounted artwork, lamps or mirrors, etc. be removed ahead of time. Our installers will first inspect this path to confirm that there is nothing that will compromise a successful delivery and set-up. If they do find something of concern, they will work with you to resolve it. We do not accept responsibility for damages that occur during normal delivery and set-up unless insinuating circumstances apply. Though we have a long track record of successful deliveries and mattress set-ups, we will evaluate concerns on a case-by-case basis.
 

 

 

Standard Delivery

If you select our Standard Delivery option, we will bring your mattress or furniture into your home and leave it wrapped in the protective plastic that we cover our new products with. You can unwrap and set up new furniture or mattress and foundation at your convenience.

 

 

 

 

Customer Pick Up

For your convenience, you can pick up your purchase from our warehouse or arrange to pick up from the showroom closest to you.​
